Nam Sach Industrial Park is one of three industrial zones developed by ROX iPark Vietnam in Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong Province) and is also among the first industrial parks established in the former Hai Duong area. For nearly two decades, the industrial park has made significant contributions to local economic growth.

Located in Hai Phong City, Nam Sach Industrial Park covers a total area of 62 hectares and is considered an attractive destination for industrial investment in the region.

​Building Boundaries

​Height limit
​The maximum building height should not exceed 13m vertical distance from a given foundation to the highest point of the roof.
