Phuc Dien Industrial Park is a multi-sector industrial zone located in Hai Phong City (formerly Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province). The project commenced construction in 2003 with a total area of 82 hectares. Thanks to its strategic location and strong connectivity to key northern economic centers, Phuc Dien Industrial Park offers favorable conditions for industrial investment and long-term operations.
The industrial park is situated along National Highway No. 5, connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong, and providing convenient access to major economic hubs such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Noi Bai International Airport, Lang Son border gate, and international seaports. This location is particularly advantageous for logistics, import–export activities, and supply chain operations.
Phuc Dien Industrial Park is equipped with modern and reliable infrastructure, including power supply, water supply and drainage systems, telecommunications, and transportation networks. In addition, the area benefits from an abundant and skilled labor force, along with standardized support services.
After nearly 15 years of operation, Phuc Dien Industrial Park has successfully attracted numerous Japanese investors, including Brothers, Miruho, Sansei, and Nissei. The industrial park has made meaningful contributions to local socio-economic development and continues to be regarded as an attractive destination for both domestic and international investors.
