History begin

1996

THE FORMATION PHASE

Developing industrial park infrastructure in alignment with attracting FDI, which initially formed an ecosystem with 6 member companies to develop and manage industrial parks.

1998

ORGANIZATIONAL MILESTONE

Establishing VID Group on the basis of merging member companies, focusing on developing the industrial park sector and expanding the network across Northern provinces such as Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, and Thanh Hoa.

2000 – 2010

BUILDING THE FOUNDATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT

Beginning to participate in the development and operation of industrial parks amid Vietnam's strong push to attract FDI, with the very first industrial parks including:

Quang Minh IP (Hanoi)
Dai Tu IP (Hanoi)
Nam Sach IP (Hai Duong)
Phuc Dien IP (Hai Duong)
Tan Truong IP (Hai Duong)
