Investment guide

Vietnam's investment incentives are applied at ROX iPark Industrial Parks to attract domestic and foreign investment. Tax incentives include exemption or reduction of Corporate Income Tax and Import Tax.

Corporate income tax

Special tax rate: 10% for 15 years. In there:

Exemption from corporate income tax for the first 4 years
50% reduction of corporate income tax for the next 9 years.

Note: The tax exemption and reduction period will be calculated from the first year of profit generation or the fourth year of revenue generation (whichever comes first).

Import Tax

Exemption of taxes on imported machinery and equipment to create fixed assets.
Tax exemption for 5 years for raw materials, supplies and components that cannot be produced domestically.
