On November 5, 2021, the award “Vietnam’s Best Industrial Real Estate Developer” in 2021 was awarded to TNI Holdings Vietnam Development Investment Joint Stock Company, this is the second year in a row TNI Holdings Vietnam was honored in this category.
With the topic “Sustainable Development”, the announcement and awarding ceremony of the DOT Property Vietnam Awards 2021 honored real estate investors with impressive achievements and leading projects, making positive contributions to the development of Vietnam’s real estate industry.
The title of “Vietnam’s best industrial real estate developer” means a lot in the context that the market is re-regulating the global supply chain and Vietnam is considered as a safe and effective destination for investors in the world. In particular, the field of industrial real estate is receiving great attention from FDI enterprises. To seize the opportunity, TNI Holdings Vietnam has paid special attention to improve service quality, invest and develop new industrial parks. In 2021, despite being heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, TNI Holdings Vietnam has not stopped making efforts to overcome all difficulties to expand investment in 3 more industrial parks with a total area of nearly 800 hectares, including: Gia Loc Industrial Park – Hai Duong (198ha), Song Lo 1 Industrial Park (177ha) – Vinh Phuc, Dong Binh Industrial Park – Vinh Long (350ha). Currently, TNI Holdings Vietnam is rushing to complete these IPs to quickly put them into operation and exploitation. It is expected that in the next 5 years, TNI Holdings Vietnam will continue to invest in 5 new industrial zones with an area of over 2,000 hectares in key provinces and cities in attracting investment.
