ROX iPark, a new name in the field of industrial park development in Vietnam, has officially launched. This brand is the successor of TNI Holdings, which has nearly 30 years of development and growth.

The event gathered hundreds of reputable partners and loyal customers, including companies, investment promotion organizations, business associations, investment funds, etc., from Vietnam and countries such as South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

The event attracted many domestic and international partners.

During the brand launch ceremony, Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Bích Thủy, CEO of ROX iPark, explained the meaning behind the brand's name. "Firstly, ROX means 'rock,' symbolizing stability and strength as the foundation inherited from nearly 30 years of building and growing. Secondly, ROX stands for excellence, representing the spirit of constantly moving forward, overcoming all difficulties and obstacles to achieve perfection."

These are very special numbers and marks that have made the success of ROX iPark over the years. We believe that in the upcoming journeys, we will continue to write even more impressive numbers."

The launch event of the ROX iPark brand was also an opportunity to introduce key industrial park projects currently being implemented by ROX iPark, such as Minh Quang Industrial Park; Gia Loc Industrial Park; Bỉm Sơn A Industrial Park; Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park; Sông Lô Industrial Park; and Đông Bình Industrial Park.

Minh Quang Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province covers an area of 150 hectares. Since its launch in 2018, Minh Quang Industrial Park has filled more than 50% of its area, with 50 hectares of clean land ready for immediate handover. The Minh Quang Industrial Park has a very advantageous geographical location, directly connecting to Route 5, linking Hanoi to Hai Phong, offering customers various options for premises and flexible pricing.

Gia Loc Industrial Park in Hai Duong Province, covering an area of 198 hectares, is considered the "beauty queen" of Hai Duong Province due to its ideal geographical location, right at the intersection of National Highway 5B, connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong. The Gia Loc Industrial Park, with an area of 198 hectares, has been focused on by ROX iPark for infrastructure completion, with over 100 hectares of clean land expected to be handed over by the end of the year. Gia Loc Industrial Park has been granted all land use rights certificates for the entire area.

Sông Lô 1 Industrial Park in Vinh Phuc, with a total area of 178 hectares, is located at a very convenient geographical position, adjacent to Vinh Phuc and Phu Tho. It is expected to hand over clean land to investors by the end of 2025.

Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park in Bac Ninh covers a total area of over 280 hectares. Bac Ninh is a pioneering province in attracting FDI capital. This industrial park has completed infrastructure and is ready for investors to take over.

Bỉm Sơn Industrial Park in Thanh Hoa, with an area of 163 hectares, is only 30 km from the center of Thanh Hoa, 130 km from Hanoi, and 150 km from Hai Phong Port. This industrial park has a strategic location and has completed a comprehensive power and water system with a high-capacity wastewater treatment plant to meet specific industries such as textile and dyeing. It is also located in an area with a large, highly skilled workforce at more reasonable prices than many other northern provinces.

Đông Bình Industrial Park is located in the economic center of the Mekong Delta, on National Highway 1A and National Highway 54, making it very convenient for import-export businesses and goods transportation. Along with a synchronously and modernly invested infrastructure system, Đông Bình Industrial Park will be one of the ideal destinations for investors in the near future.

At the launch event of the new brand, ROX iPark signed several strategic cooperation agreements with reputable partners in investment attraction, such as CBRE, Savills, GMG, Sufex, VNIC, aiming to maximize opportunities to access potential industrial land lease customers in key target markets such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore.
